This is a recent addition to our solid oak ranges and already it’s proving one of our most successful. It’s easy to see why. The Rustic Range has been specially designed to enhance a more traditional, cottage style or French farmhouse setting, so attention to detail in achieving this particular look has been meticulously executed. This is one of our largest ranges, so there’s more for every room in the house.

Finishing touches like chamfered corners and rounded edges, dowelled joints, antique style drop bar handles to drawers and drop pendant handles to cupboards, the grooved detail to table tops - all add extra character to the simple design lines of this home-spun range. Also the oak that we use has been given a special treatment to make it slightly darker than usual, which serves to give each piece the desired lived-in appearance.

The same stringent quality controls that you expect from us still apply to our craftsmanship and to the calibre of the timbers we use throughout this range. In both cases our standards are unrivalled. Our oak is specially selected and harvested from European forests, then slowly kiln-dried to ensure premium grade material.

The life and good looks of oak furniture of this quality are greatly enhanced by a simple application of oak furniture wax every few months. This maintains its condition and accentuates the beauty of the oak grain. Indeed, the appearance of quality oak furniture truly does improve with age, if it receives the due care it deserves.
