The Rivermead Range offers solid oak furniture at its very best. Classical good looks are the order of the day, but don’t let looks fool you - this range is also very robust and built to last. To substantiate this claim, only A-grade solid oak is ever used in our furniture – we guarantee you won’t find a scrap of veneer, MDF or hardboard anywhere. Even the drawers are lined with solid oak, and the drawer runners are solid wood also. And all cupboard backs are solid oak boarded.

This range is defined by classically panelled cupboard doors, serviceable solid stainless steel handles to drawers and cupboards, calibrated safety glass in the display cabinets and the superior grain patterns of the solid oak that we use. Our timber is specially selected and harvested from European forests – then slowly kiln dried to provide the optimum raw material for fine furniture production.
